Introducing goFlow 4.6

At goFlow, we are always working to make the best possible app for surfers and outdoor sports enthusiasts. The past few years has been an incredible journey, and we could not be more proud of the community we’ve built.

This month we are excited to announce yet another update to our mobile app. After hearing user feedback, and studying user behavior, we believe these latest updates are going to make the app even more useful for you.

What’s New?

Creating and sharing a post just got a whole lot easier!

Since posting your location updates is the core of the app, we made this feature front and center. Overall, we’ve reduced the number of clicks it takes to update your friends, so you can spend more time doing what you love.

Explore more spots with the world map!

If you’re planning your next international surf trip, or mountain bike expedition, we want to make the planning process as easy for you as possible. You can now explore goFlow posts all over the world, to see where the best conditions are. You can also connect with other athletes from around the world. To access the world map, navigate to “spots,” then “more nearby spots.”

Added more forecast data powered by Surfline!

As our partnership with Surfline continues to develop, we’ve continued to add more forecast data to our app. You can see the basic 3-day forecast listed below each Spot, and can also see more detailed information including wind, tide, weather, sunrise, and sunset time.

Make sure to update your goFlow app, or download the latest version! We’d love to hear what you think about the new features, and appreciate any feedback you can offer for future updates.
